It seems that the Release of the Nargaroth Semper Fidelis Album will happen this year. Available on regular CD and the Semper Fidelis Box, limited to 99. That Box contains The CD, the Double LP with more Songs than on CD, the Shirt and a short Movie. Also some special stuff only he knows what, depending on what he will know about the person. So if he knows nothing about the parson, it will be nothing inside!

Another upcoming heartbreak will be the Nargaroth DVD. It contains gigs from Belgium, Portugal, Italy and Innsbruck. Furthermore, some written articles and Pictures on and behind the Stage/Life. Special will be the 2 Movies from the preparation the Mexico Tour and the Burning Leaf Action. The DVD is also including the advertising short movie of Swamp Thing. Hiermit distanzieren sich die Band NARGAROTH sowie das Label NO COLOURS RECORDS
von der vor kurzem erschienen Veröffentlichung "Kriegsnebel", welche als offizielles Nargaroth Album im Internet vertrieben wird. Es handelt sich dabei um ein Bootleg eines Konzerts in Holland, welches performance- und aufnahmetechnisch zu vernachlässigen ist! Die Distanzierung bezieht sich auf jegliche verwendete Elemente des Artwork sowie auf den Namen des Albums, der aus der Sicht aller einfach nur peinlich und, in Hinsicht auf die Entwicklung von Nargaroth, in keinster Weise akzeptabel ist. Wir kontaktierten den Vertreiber dieses Bootlegs, um ihn rechtlich darauf hinzuweisen, dies zu unterlassen. Typischerweise ignorierte dieser dies mit dem Hinweis, das wir sowie so nichts dagegen unternehmen könnten und er genügend Geld in der Hinterhand habe, um weiterhin Bootlegs produzieren zu können, z.B. INQUISITION, und er im Falle einer drohenden juristischen Konsequenz seiner Piraterie für eine Weile untertauchen werde, um von anderer Stelle aus seine Machenschaften weiter zuführen. Er bot uns weiterhin in seiner "Gnade" an, seine Bootleg Waren der genannten Bands preislich günstiger erwerben zu können, welches wir verständlicherweise nicht beantworteten. Nargaroth gab uns bekannt, dass diese szenetypischen Verhaltensweisen, für ihn erneut die Richtigkeit seiner Distanzierung aus dem BM und der Szene seit dem Jahre 2001 verdeutlichen.

The band NARGAROTH as well as the label NO COLOURS RECORDS herewith
dissociate themselves from the recently released publishing „Kriegsnebel“, which is being distributed as an official Nargaroth album in the internet. As a matter of fact, this is a bootleg of a concert in Holland, which is to be ignored as regards performance and recording! This dissociation applies to the entirety of elements used in the artwork as well as the name of the album, which is simply a shame from any perspective and, regarding the development of Nargaroth, cannot be accepted in any way. We contacted the distributor of this bootleg in order to legally ask him to put an end to this activities. Typically, he ignored this and pointed out that we couldn´t take steps against it anyway, and that he had sufficient money up his sleeve to continue producing bootlegs, e.g. INQUISITION. In case of impending legal consequences of his piracy he said he would disappear for a while to continue with his dealings from somewhere else. Furthermore, he “mercifully” offered that we could purchase his bootleg items of the mentioned bands for a cheaper price, which we naturally left unanswered. Nargaroth announced to us that, this scene-typical behaviour once again made clear to him the correctness of his decision to distance from BM and the scene since the year 2001.
